What Tools You'll Need
To use IVS RAP™, make sure you have:
- A compatible device (e.g. DrivePro2 or FixPro)
- No Software is required for RAP
- Hardwired internet connection so our Master Technician can assist remotely
- Any adapter cables required for some brands (Tesla is one example)

- Tell us the vehicle make, model, and precisely what you need (coding, reprogramming, diagnostics)
- Follow our instructions to connect your Drive device and battery support unit, then leave the rest to us. Our Master Technician will carry out the requested service remotely
