The Challenge

The parking assistance wasn’t working, which could be a difficult error to pin down.

Background

The car had received a new bumper, a new parking sensor and a new parking sensor wiring harness after a significant accident. Still, the lack of parking assistance remained a mystery.

Initial Findings

However, the DrivePro 2 showed an open circuit on the right middle parking sensor, and the photos show the damage caused by the impact.

With the fault clear, a repair of the wiring harness was completed, the fault fixed and the customer is happy with the speedy outcome.
